Privacy policy
Your Registered Business Name ("we") runs Danfo Deals. This policy explains what personal data we collect and why. We handle personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, phone number, email, delivery address and what you bought.
- Account details: your name, email and a password we store only in scrambled (hashed) form.
- Affiliate details, if you join: your referral code, your orders' commission, and your bank name, account number and account name for payouts.
- Basic technical data your browser sends us, such as IP address, used for security and to prevent abuse.
Why we use it
- To take payment, order your items from our suppliers and deliver them.
- To contact you about your order, returns and refunds.
- To run your account, reset your password and pay affiliate commission.
- To prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
- Payment providers (Paystack, Flutterwave, NOWPayments), who process your payment. We never see or store your card details.
- Our overseas suppliers and couriers (for example AliExpress), who receive your name, phone number and delivery address so they can deliver your order.
- Our email provider, which sends password reset emails, and Cloudflare, which hosts this website.
We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies and local storage
We store your cart and, if you arrived through an affiliate link, the referral code (for 30 days) in your browser. If you sign in we set one session cookie. We do not use advertising cookies on this site unless we tell you here.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for refunds, accounting and legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email support@yourdomain.com and we reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
