Where we deliver

We deliver to all 36 states and the FCT in Nigeria. We do not ship outside Nigeria.

Delivery fee

A flat delivery fee of ₦3,500 applies to every order. You see it in your cart before you pay.

How long delivery takes

• Order processing: 1 to 3 business days after your payment is confirmed.
• Delivery: 10 to 25 days after processing.

Items ship from overseas, so delivery takes longer than buying from a local shop. Customs checks can add delays that we cannot control.

Tracking

We send your tracking number as soon as the supplier provides it. You can see it under My orders in your account, or by opening your order link after payment.

Problems with delivery

If your order has not arrived 45 days after payment, contact us and we will give you a full refund. If a courier asks you for extra payment, contact us before paying anything.
